Message dated and received April 27 was read, stating the Governor                                  
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 112(FIN) "An Act                                                   
          placing certain employees of the Alaska Mental                                            
          Health Trust Authority in the exempt service;                                             
          establishing a minimum salary for the long term care
